Super Mean Green Smoothie Recipe

My Super Mean Green Smoothies are yummy and easy to make.  I make them in the morning before I head out for work.    I don’t have enough time  in the day to snack on something healthy. So, smoothies are the way to go.

I start off by blending all of my veggies and fruits in a blender.  When I am done, I grab my smoothie cup and I head out the door.  I love taking my smoothie with me to work.  It prevents me from snacking on junk food throughout the day.

Tip: If you want to incorporate adding smoothies to your morning regimne make sure you prepare your items the night before so you can throw them into the blender and go.

 

SUPER MEAN GREEN SMOOTHIE RECIPE

  • Bunch of Spinach and Kale
  • One teaspoon of chia seeds
  • Half a cup of almond milk
  • Half a cup of fresh chopped pineapple
  • Half of a banana
  • Table spoon of honey
  • Table spoon of coconut oil

 

Place all of your items in the blender and Viola!

So sweet and So Simple!
