THINK HAPPY THOUGHTS

When I am having a bad day I tend to pay attention to my thoughts.  And when I do pay attention I realize my thoughts are negative.  I try to turn that around by staying positive.  I stay positive by repeating affirmations to myself daily.

Affirmations help increase my energy and my mood.  Your thoughts shape and mold the world you live in.  By focusing on your what you think about you can actually control your outcome and direct your life towards the path that you want.

Starting off it seems impossible but with a little patience you will master your thoughts in no time.

Here are a couple of affirmations that I use to start my day:

  • I am powerful
  • I am abundant
  • I am surrounded by riches
  • Everything is always working out for me

Next time when you need a little boost of confidence just center yourself and THINK HAPPY THOUGHTS  and you will start to see life altering changes in no time.
