I have always fantasized about having a big beautiful kitchen with an amazing back splash. Right now, I live in a rental so I have to improvise. Currently, I have mirrors placed near my stove to create some Feng Shui and to give the illusion of a bigger kitchen. Here are a couple of pictures to show what I envision my kitchen to look like in the future.
